Monterey Attainable Housing Forum
November 6-7, 2025
Asilomar Conference Grounds
Monterey County has a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create attainable, healthy, and sustainable housing that serves our region’s workforce and middle income residents.
On November 6–7, Regenerative California will host the Monterey Attainable Housing Forum — a two-day, outcome-focused workshop to:
Unite landowners, employers, investors, builders, and jurisdictions on a critical path forward
Mobilize untapped capital and innovative financing tools
Launch a new wave of demonstration projects
Broadcast commitments that set the stage for a statewide blueprint
Hosted at Asilomar Conference Grounds, this will be a two-day working forum — designed to accelerate projects from idea to implementation and position Monterey County as a model for community-serving housing innovation.
Together, we are working towards 3,000 new attainable homes by 2030, fueling equity, resilience, and economic vitality.
