Recap & Recording: Monterey Attainable Housing Sprint Update Webinar
Regenerative California hosted a public webinar with attainable housing leaders who have been part of Monterey County’s cross-sector implementation teams over the last 90 days, developing strategies to accelerate the development of missing middle housing.
Our conversation focused on the unique ecosystem being built in Monterey County to work collaboratively on attainable housing innovation, and what it has meant to take key ideas identified during the Attainable Housing Forum and turn them into actionable strategies. Team members discussed a variety of strategies to unlock capital, land, and streamline the approval process.
